Contributions
Contributions can be a one-time gift or a pledge accumulated over an extended period. In addition to monetary contributions, Dollars for Scholars may be named as beneficiaries in wills, insurance policies, charitable trusts, and memorials.
In 2001, we expanded our annual fund drive by creating an "Invest in Our Youth Club". This gives us an opportunity to recognize the individuals, couples and businesses that generously contribute to our Dollars for Scholars chapter. You can qualify as a member of this club with a donation of $50 or more.
As members of the "Invest in Our Youth Club", your name will be published in the following year's brochure listing our scholarship winners and scholarship sponsors.
We also provide opportunities for you to have a scholarship named in your or a loved one's name. A $1,000 donation will provide a one-time scholarship in the name of your choice. A donation of $5,000 or more will provide an annual scholarship in the name of your choice.
